When I was at USC's Thornton School of Music earning my Bachelor's of Music degree,
I thought that if I studied hard enough
and perfected my "craft" enough then the world would just be waiting to applaud me when I graduated.
Then the hard reality hit me-- I had a prestigious music degree,
but I didn't actually know how to market myself and make money as a musician.
Since then, I've done a lot of personal and spiritual growth as well as delved into the world of music marketing.
